Please note: I’ll provide instructions but there’s some careful proofing required to successfully turn these into flaky pastries. It’s not hard but you’ll need to plan ahead and keep an eye on them. Success is NOT guaranteed but I believe in you. You’re one of my smartest, most capable customers.
